Rear Extension – Sketty, Swansea

A new rear extension project in Swansea, designed to completely change how this home works day to day.
The existing conservatory will make way for a spacious new extension, opening up the back of the bungalow to create a large kitchen, dining and snug area with plenty of natural light and a much stronger connection to the garden.
A great example of how extending the right part of a home can create the space you need without having to move.
